Orders placed after 20th December 2018 will be processed for delivery on 2nd January 2018.
Credit or Debit Cards - Our website is secure and we accept payment via credit or debit card as well as Paypal. The shipping address must match the address registered to your debit/credit card to use this payment method.
Bank Transfer (BACS) - We also accept payment via bank transfer. Complete your order online and we will send you an email with payment details. This payment method must be used if the delivery address is different to the billing address.
Delivery is free of charge to Mainland UK only and we aim to deliver your order within 7-10 working days.
After you place your order, we will contact you to re-confirm your order details and to book a delivery date/time to suit you.
Please note that the free delivery is to a ground floor door only. If you need further assistance or assembly, please use our Premium Delivery service.
If the delivery address is different to the billing address you must make payment via bank transfer.

Our Premium Delivery service is available on selected products, the option will be shown on the product page. If the Premium Delivery option is not shown then please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once you have placed your order we will contact you to book a date and time convenient for you.
What is included:
NOTE: TV Bed Assembly - Our team will fully assemble your TV bed and all the included electronics however they are not insured to handle your TV. The final step of installing the TV is very straight forward and the assembly team will be happy to guide you through this before they leave.
Our specialist delivery team can disassemble, remove and recycle your old products for you. The delivery team is fully licenced for waste disposal. This service is charged at £60 per piece of furniture.
Example: A mattress is classed as one piece, the bed/divan base is classed as a separate piece. Therefore 2 pieces in total.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to cancel your order or make an amendment. If your order is for a handmade item and it has already been sent to the manufacturer, then it may not be possible to cancel or amend your order. Please note that we will always try and contact you to confirm your order before it is sent to the maufacturer.
If you have bought an item which is damaged or faulty and would like to replace or return it, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or return without a charge to you.
If you change your mind about the product you have received, please contact us within 14 days of delivery of your order. We will arrange for collection. Please note that a collection charge will apply and this will vary based on the product size. All we ask is that your item is in pristine, saleable condition, so please take care of it and where possible, ensure it is in it's original packaging. Custom-made and bespoke Items cannot be returned
Online orders will be refunded within 14 days of the day on which you gave us notice (where the items have not been dispatched) or within 14 days of the date on which we receive the returned item. Please note that collection charges will apply if your item has been dispatched or delivered. You will be refunded on the card that you used to pay for your item.
