      Terrible smell!

      Furniture is jmtdjw. Easy to put together and looks good.
      However, it is giving off a really terrible smell.
      Two weeks later and it still smells just as bad!

      I contacted bed kings before placing a large order to enquiry about the assembly service, the communication was fantastic, they replied swiftly and answered all of my questions, when it came to placing the order this again was done very efficiently and delivery and assembly was booked for the day of my choice, I received confirmation and then again a text the day before and a phone call on the day. The communication has been outstanding and I couldn’t have asked for more. The products are of good quality reflected in the price of them. Very happy and would definitely use again. Thank you.

      Lovely furniture but poor service

      If you want to know when your furniture is coming then don't use this company! I emailed in advance of ordering to ask if my delivery could be delayed to 12th April which was about 3 weeks later than the 1-2 weeks they were quoting. They said this wouldn't be a problem. Checked a week in advance that all was on track for that date and they said the courier was booked to collect the day before, so all good I thought. Got to the Friday and no sign of the delivery, then got an email late on the Friday saying it had only just been collected by the courier. Saturday and Monday passed with no sign of the delivery. Rang to query it as my partner works shifts so if it didn't arrive by the Tuesday there would be no-one in to take the delivery. Was then told on the phone they can't guarantee specific delivery days.... Well don't say you can if you can't! Was told if we cancelled the order we would have to pay the failed delivery charge. Eventually turned up on the Wednesday and I had to take a day off work to receive the delivery.
      Having said all that, the furniture is lovely and a bargain for the price. Bit faffy to put together but that's just typical flat pack furniture. The courier drivers were lovely and friendly and turned up during the window that was advised.
