Returns 

If you have bought an item which is damaged or faulty and would like to replace or return it, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or return without a charge to you.

If you change your mind about the product you have received, please contact us within 14 days of delivery of your order. We will arrange for collection. Please note that a collection charge will apply and this will vary based on the product size. All we ask is that your item is in pristine, saleable condition, so please take care of it and where possible, ensure it is in its original packaging. Custom-made and bespoke Items cannot be returned 

Refunds

Online orders will be refunded within 14 days of the day on which you gave us notice (where the items have not been dispatched) or within 14 days of the date on which we receive the returned item. Please note that collection charges will apply if your item has been dispatched or delivered. You will be refunded on the card that you used to pay for your item.
